How Can "Foreclosure Defense" Resolve Debt?

"Foreclosure defense" is a litigation solution that involves defending the foreclosure action initiated by the lender. The goal in foreclosure defense is to oppose the complaint and motions filed by the plaintiff-lender and to engage, wherever possible, with our own cross-motions, applications and/or modification efforts. Vigorously defending the foreclosure litigation allows clients the time, leverage and opportunity to better deal with the issues that caused the foreclosure.

Defending the foreclosure includes the following:

• "Pleadings" - We can answer the lender-plaintiff’s complaint and counterclaim and/or move to dismiss the complaint.
• "Discovery" - We can demand the plaintiff-lender’s documentary proof and require answers to informational questions.
